How To Be Popular by Meg Cabot
    06/03/08

popularThis book is called How To be Popular by Meg Cabot.
It is about a girl's desire to be popular and what she is willing to do to get there.

    [More:]

Steph Landry was the least popular girl in her year since an incident where she spilt a red super gulp over Lauren Moffat the most popular girl in her year and Steph's ex-best friend, 5 years before.

After that, Steph spent her time with her nerdy best friend Becca and her even nerdier friend (but kind of fit) Jason, stargazing on the hill.

But, Steph has discovered a secret weapon that will plunge her into popularity and wipe that smile off Lauren Moffat's face. :) This secret weapon is a book called, what else but - How To Be Popular.

Being popular is all Steph has ever wanted to be and it certainly has it's draws in the form of Mark Finley the gorgeous quarterback.

The book, although old, certainly works but Steph soon learns that it's not hard becoming popular but staying there and that certainly comes at a cost as Steph soon finds out.

How To Be Popular is a very good book and is definitely perfect for a girl who dreams of being THE popular person. It's impossible to put down and is a definite must read. I give it an 8 out of 10.

This book is available from libraries and also bookstores, but don't worry if it's not the book for you.

    Keep looking ..x
