Hi Kirsty,
If you would like something put in the newsletter you see Ruth or Vanessa and ask them to do it for you. If you are the Kirsty I know you can also put whatever it is into an envelope and leave it at the reception at Riverside Building and it will be passed on to Ruth or Vanessa. The office for the newsletter is open every Friday afternoon until round about 3pm. I beleive the last date for getting something in the next newsletter is 2ist of March. So do'nt miss the deadline.
Margaret.

Finished At Last
08/12/06
Well yes at long last our Doorstep Green area is complete. It as taken a while but we got there. When the grass is through and the plants and shrub mature I think we shall have a nice area for people to sit or walk through and enjoy themselves. We have had one or two hiccups but have seen it through to the end. I cannot get over how when coming into the village you can now see right up the steps onto Grove Hill. I think the next time Chippy (Paul ) pays the old home stead a viist he will be pleased with the outcome. I have put a photograph of the finished area for you to make up your own minds as to whether you agree with me, take a look for yourselves.
Hope you like it, bye for now. Oh we also have our first Christmas Tree in the village for thirty three years and it looks real grand, will have to get you a photograph of that too. From here down in Skinny a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Bye All.
Margaret.
